Modular Freestanding Roof Anchor

The freestanding roof anchor consists of stackable weights configured to use the frictional resistance of the roof to provide secure anchorage for fall protection.

For roofs where it is infeasible or impractical to install a permanent or penetrating roof fall protection solution, Sesco Safety can provide a modular freestanding roof anchor.  The freestanding roof anchor consists of stackable weights configured to use the frictional resistance of the roof to provide secure anchorage for fall protection.  For ease of use, no single component of the anchor assembly weighs more than 55 lbs.

Mobile and Adaptable

The freestanding roof anchor can also be used in series to add a horizontal lifeline for up to 2 users.  The entire assembly can easily be assemble or disassembled for relocation to other fall hazard areas on the roof.

Our freestanding roof anchors are independently tested and certified for use on all major flat roof surfaces.

When passive fall protection, such as guardrails or permanent lifeline systems are not an option, consider contacting Sesco Safety about a freestanding fall protection alternative.
